1. About BullsBox
BullsBox is a monthly subscription service created by two friends with a passion for darts. Our mission is to deliver curated darts accessories and related items to players of all ages, helping them discover new gear and enjoy the sport in exciting new ways.
2. Eligibility
To subscribe to BullsBox, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate personal information, and have a valid payment method. By subscribing, you confirm that all information you provide is correct.
3. Subscription & Billing
3.1 Monthly Subscription
BullsBox operates on a rolling monthly subscription. When you subscribe, you agree to be billed £19.99 per month until you cancel.
3.2 Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise BullsBox to charge your payment method automatically each month.
3.3 Renewal
Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your BullsBox Account Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to receive any boxes already paid for. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
5.2 Delivery Schedule
Boxes are shipped once per month. Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and seasonal demand.
5.3 Incorrect or Missing Items
If your box arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of subscription boxes, we do not accept returns unless an item is faulty. Refunds are issued only in cases where a product is defective or a box fails to arrive due to an error on our part. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or dissatisfaction with box themes or contents.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure, ensuring your delivery address is correct, and updating your payment method when necessary. BullsBox is not responsible for lost boxes due to incorrect addresses.
8. Pricing Changes
We may update our pricing from time to time. If this happens, you will be notified in advance and may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, or copy/distribute website content without permission. All content on bullsbox.co.uk is owned by BullsBox.
10. Limitation of Liability
BullsBox is not liable for courier delays, losses caused by incorrect customer information, or injuries resulting from products in the box. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullsBox’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription.
11. Privacy
Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. We never sell your data.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
